How about taxing those that CHOOSE to drive the speed limit while taking up the left hand lane? So what if I CHOOSE to burn precious fossil fuels while driving 20+ mph over the speed limit in my SUV while tailgailting the idiot in their Prius that feels that it is their civic duty to force everyone else into conforming to their highway etiquette by doing the speed limt. Get the F (yes capiatl F) out of my way before I CHOOSE to run you off of the road and turn your electics automobile into an example of battery acid road kill. Move or I shall move you. Let this be a warning.
