I feel sorry for those born to selfish parents who shouldn't be allowed to have kids, don't know how to raise them, can't handle them properly, and who create kids only for the selfish motivation of obtaining a mitzvah for doing so. News flash: it doesn't make one more religious for having more misbehaving offspring. It makes one less religious. If parents can't control one child, then they shouldn't be having more than one. Let's see the parent raise one well-behaved child before he or she spits out nine more brats. Although being fruitful and multiplying is a commandment, I don't see where in the Torah it says one should double park a mini-van in the middle of a street, blocking traffic back for 25 miles while 10 screaming and uncontrollable brats pile out.
